NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
TOWN OF STANTON TENNESSEE
The Town of Stanton will conduct a series of public input meetings where the citizens are encouraged to attend and/or comment and discuss community parks and recreation. This is a great opportunity for the citizens of Stanton. These public meetings can provide the foundation for a community development program for parks designed to enhance the quality of life with every citizen. It is imperative that the citizens take part in these meetings.
The Town of Stanton will conduct an in-person meeting and a Social Media Input Meeting on the below dates:
In Person: March 17, 2026 @ 6:00 pm @ City Hall
February 7, 2026 – March 31, 2026 – Social Media Posting on the

Public Comments encouraged
The purpose of these meetings are to discuss the Town’s intent to submit an application to the State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation for a Local Parks and Recreation Grant (LPRF) and to solicit input from the citizens regarding recreational needs within the Town.
The public is urged to attend. Stanton, Tennessee does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap or national origin. The meeting place is handicap accessible.
